DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

A documented path from product idea to repeat order.

Custom development works when commercial, technical and quality decisions stay connected. Our process creates an approval trail from brief to shipment.

01

Discovery

Line plan and feasibility

We review target buyer, market, price tier, reference products, volume and launch timing. The output is a recommended product platform and a list of decisions needed for quotation.

  • Category and competitor reference review
  • OEM vs. ODM route
  • Construction and equipment fit
  • MOQ and timeline assumptions
02

Development

Materials, pattern and prototype

Material selection and garment architecture are developed together. Sampling records changes to fit, compression, closures, workmanship and brand details.

  • Fabric/yarn and trim approval
  • Pattern or seamless knit map
  • Prototype and fit revisions
  • Wear and wash evaluation
03

Approval

Pre-production lock

Before bulk, the final sample, specification, color, labels and packaging are approved as one version-controlled product package.

  • Size set and grading review
  • Test requirements
  • Golden sample
  • Packaging and barcode data
04

Production

Bulk control and delivery

Incoming, in-line and final checks follow the agreed risk points. Shipment documents, delivery milestones and approved revisions remain traceable for repeat orders and after-sales follow-up.

  • Material lot and shade control
  • In-line workmanship checks
  • Final inspection
  • Shipping handover and feedback
