Verify fabric and trim identity, lot and shade continuity, usable width, weight where specified, visible defects and required test documentation.

In-line controls
Monitor cut parts or knit panels, seam allowance, stitch density, skipped stitches, puckering, bonding parameters, closure placement and left-right symmetry.

Final garment
Check measurements, workmanship, stretch recovery, closures, straps, gusset, edge comfort, labels, cleanliness and packaging. Functional and wash tests should follow the approved specification.

Inspection agreement
Define sampling method, defect categories, acceptance limits and remedies before production. AQL is a sampling framework, not a substitute for process control.

Classification must be agreed by product and market; safety risks, wrong identity or labeling, contamination and failures affecting intended use require especially strict handling.
Is final inspection enough?
No. Compression-garment problems are cheaper and more reliable to prevent through incoming and in-line controls.
